Commonwealth of Kentucky Active employees may choose from two different dental plans and one vision plans. All plans are available through affordable payroll deduction.

Dental Freedom Gold Plan – Offers coverage at any licensed dentist with additional savings throughout our network of over 130,000 nationwide access points.

Dental Freedom Bronze Plan – Offers cost-containment savings through coverage from Dentemax dentists only.

Vision Plan – Offers comprehensive coverage through our network providers, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and retail participants; Out-of-network reimbursements available also.
