Active Commonwealth of Kentucky employees may choose from 2 different dental plans and 1 vision plan for dental and vision coverage. All plans are available through payroll deduction.

  • Dental Gold – Coverage at any licensed dentist; additional saving through a network

  • Dental Bronze – Coverage from network dentist only

  • Vision – Enhanced coverage through network providers; reimbursement from any licensed provider.
