Active Employee Vision Plan

Commonwealth of Kentucky employees may choose our comprehensive vision plan through the Davis Vision network of authorized vision providers, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and retail participants like Walmart Vision Centers. We offer total member flexibility to choose any provider at more than 35,000 access points nationwide. Out-of-network reimbursements are available also.
