Our Dental products offer flexibility and value.  While employees are free to use any dental provider, substantial savings can be realized by utilizing our extensive networks - DenteMax in all states other than West Virginia and the 4Most Dental Network in West Virginia.

Plans are available for all eligible employees and their dependents, for groups of 10 or more, on a voluntary, contributory, or employer-paid basis.  Take-over coverage from an ongoing plan and 12-month rate guarantees are available.  Our Dental insurance can be issued on a stand-alone basis, or employers can benefit from consolidated bills and the convenience of a single ID card for covered employees by combining our Dental and Vision plans.
